This page is updated manually, not by an automated monitor — we don't yet operate a live status dashboard with uptime probes or historical incident graphs. The badge above reflects our own knowledge of the service at the time this page was last deployed, not a real-time check.
If you suspect an outage
Check that your API key hasn't been revoked or frozen, and that your org hasn't hit a plan limit — the gateway returns a specific error for each of those, not a generic failure. If the gateway or dashboard is genuinely unreachable, email support@enforgate.comwith what you're seeing (a request ID or timestamp helps) and we'll investigate and respond directly.
Past incidents
When an incident affecting the gateway or dashboard occurs, we'll post a summary here after it's resolved — what happened, the impact window, and the fix. Nothing has been posted yet.
Architecture note
The gateway and dashboard are separate services; a dashboard issue does not necessarily mean the gateway (and therefore your agents' tool calls) is affected, and vice versa. See the open-core gateway and policy engine if you want to self-host the enforcement path independently of our hosted dashboard.
